I’m looking to get a 1TB SSD m.2. What is the best bang for my buck.

Maldonado once I do that is there anyway to partition my Windows into its own partition and have everything else on the new drive?

I should have partitioned as soon as I built the PC but I didn’t.
I’m still new to building PCs and such.

Post the model of your motherboard and CPU to insure a compliant suggestion.
Do you want faster (NVMe) or cheaper (SATA) M.2?

Once done editing podcast/YouTube content goes onto an external drive as I won’t need it again probably ever so I don’t need it on a fast drive.

You can save your video work to whichever drive you desire.
Applications have gotten really good at using multiple drives.

As far as partitioning your current drive?
I'd leave it as is, and use a second drive for all your working files and projects.

Ok sounds great. What’s a good drive to buy? I know the M.2 are a bit on the expensive side but are fairly fast. Plus it doesn’t eat up another bay(not that I don’t have the room)

Ok sounds good. I was looking at the Samsung 970 Evo plus!

my current SSD is Inland or something like that. I got it at Microcenter but I feel it’s not as fast as an SSD could be!
