SSD manual optimizing (TRIMMING) games feeling stuttery

Hello guys first of all thank you stopping by and trying to help me first of all my games were buttery smooth on my pc but the thing is after I used defrag and optimize drives by windows 10 I defragged my HDD system reserved and SSD after I optimized (trimmed) SSD also I deleted local app data temp and windows temp games are stuttery and I don't enjoy them at all sorry for my english one guy even told me I should just wait and it should recover and reorder since trim should work like automatic command not manual I'm dumb in this thank you for trying to help me

1| Defragmenting your SSD actually cripples it and is the beginning of a downward spiral for the SSD.
2| Dumb...well, if you did your research it wouldn't have lead to this thread.
3| Mind sharing the make and model of your SSD as well as your full system's specs?

Hello mate thank you so much for answer yeah im dumb af but I didnt find any specific answer by that I mean I did it (trimming was told in that optimize and defrag) and I asked on internet and I got replied that I shouldnt do it my specs are gtx 1060 ryzen 1300x hdd wd blue 1tb 8gb ram hyperx 2666mhz ssd is Kingston A400 120GB 7mm in super clean condition
