SSD microfreezes Windows 8.1

So I recently had a problem where my OS wouldn't load and had to repair. It seems like it was my solid state drive (my OS was on it). It works now, but ever since the issue I get micro freezes that last 1-3 seconds. Everything freezes and if I'm typing it holds onto the last letter like this "liffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff"

Any advice? It's under warranty, but wanted to see if there's any easy fixes first.

maybe it's not the ssd, try another keyboard.

Are you using a wireless Keyboard? I have the same problem where I start up my PC and at the log in screen it would freeze up for a few seconds.

It's also the mouse and video. Everything freezes. The keyboard is just one example of the "microfreeze" I'm talking about.

It could be a driver issue, check for updated drivers for your keyboard, mouse and monitor.

It seems unlikely that it's all three of those things when it came after my SSD problem. Also, all my drivers are up to date.
