[SOLVED] SSD/Motherboard problem

Recently I just built a new computer with an Asus prime B560 plus motherboard and an XPG SP40 SSD. I have dual M.2 slots but only 1 works. Unfortunately, the only M.2 slot that works is being obstructed by my gpu (I can't move my gpu to the other PCI Express lane because it is in the way of some other wires) and the SSD gets very hot very fast.

Does anyone know how I can get the M.2 slot working?

what CPU are you using?

"M.2_1 slot (Key M) type 2242/2260/2280/22110 (supports PCIE 4.0 x4 )
Only Intel 11th Core processors support PCIe 4.0 x4 mode, this slot will be disabled for other CPUs"
