Ssd no migration

I'm about to install a Samsung 850 Pro into my desktop. It'll be used exclusively for flight simulator P3D v 3. I already have my OS, Windows 7 on a separate 120GB ssd. I therefore do not want to migrate anything to the new ssd. So, with the installation disk which comes with the Samsung 850 Pro do I - can I? - just bypass the Migration process and simply install the ssd empty, ie with no data migrated to it?

The Micration is when you want to move from one drive to another drive. If you just want storage that is not needed
