Question SSD not being recognized by Windows 10 Installation

I am trying to do a clean install of Windows 10 on a new PC with a B450M motherboard. Even though the SSD shows up fine in the BIOS, the windows installer does not recognize it.

I have browsed the forums and youtube and all of the methods such as

Switching USB ports
Installing drivers
Switching between AHCI and RAID mode
Using DISKPART

Have not worked

Any ideas?

What ssd are you using? What install USB are you using?
