Hello guys, I am coming again with another problem. I have an old-ish laptop that I use while I'm away from home and since it is , as I said, kinda old, I wanted to upgrade it with a ssd. The laptop is a Lenovo Ideapad Y510P https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y510p/ <-- this one.
And the ssd i bought it's this one: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-256GB-PM991-MZALQ256HAJD-MZ-ALQ2560/dp/B08K79T9G5
The problem is that the ssd is like with 1mm larger than the slot and I cannot fit it in and to be honest I am afraid to force it in since it doesn't go in the slot smoothly. So , what should I do? Any advice?
If there's none, I will resend the ssd back to the shipper.
