The problem started last night playing Skyrim, with my new SSD. Suddenly the game froze and locked the computer up so much that I had no choice but to hard shutdown the pc. When I wanted to play skyrim today steam wanted me to reinstall the game. I thought this was weird and when I went to check the game files, the drive wasn't listed anymore. I even checked disk management, and all that was there was my other SSD and my Main Hard Drive. When I checked the bios however, the drive appeared as it normally is. The drive is not very old, I just got it this christmas, and doesn't have anything on it except for skyrim and maybe 1 other game. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Solution
I actually saw this solution on anouther forum. The way I fixed this was to go into admin tools, and select Windows Memory Diagnostics. This fixed my SSD and so far no corruption.
