SSD Not recognized both in BIOS and Windows

I bought a second hand SSD by KingSpec ,plugged it in but BIOS and Windows doesnt detect it. I tried searching for a solution but no success..I swapped SATA cables, power cables.. nothing helped.

Motherboard: MSI B150M Grenade

did you look in disk management (my computer right clik, then select "manage" then disk management

If it's listed there, look at the box at the left and see if it shows "online" or "offline"
if offline, right clik inside that box and select online

It only shows my HDD

the other obvious items to look at, 1) change sata cables, if possible, move the sata cable from the SSD to the HDD and vice versa

and try another sata port as well
