Hi, today, when I turned on my PC, entered Windows, everything was great, until (after 2 mins) it froze. I waited a while, and there was no way it would unfreeze (never happened before), so I decided to reboot it through the power button. After that it froze on the "Welcome" screen. Again, not normal, since I had already used the PC today and everything was great, no problems at all. I decided one more time to reboot it. And then it showed a screen saying like "Scanning and repairing drive", I waited, and it had booted up through my HDD (which still has Windows 8.1, the SSD has Windows 10). Not normal, since the SSD had priority on the boot menu. I rebooted (normally) and went to BIOS, just to know that my SSD wasn't showing up. I decided to go in Windows, and for my surprise the SSD was showing up on Windows explorer and My PC, and I could access it and all the files in there. Any help, did this happen to anyone before?
I would appreciate a lot if someone helped me, i'm new here. Thank you!

Hey there, hpafonso.

The first thing you should do is to backup the files you have on the SSD, just to be on the safe side (if you haven't done so already).

After that I'd suggest that you try the SSD with a different SATA port and different cables, to see if the same thing happens. You should also download its manufacturer's diagnostic tool (or a 3rd party SSD diagnostic tool if the manufacturer doesn't offer one) and test it for errors, to see if anything out of the ordinary pops-up.
Check the SSD manufacturer's website for available firmware updates for that drive model. Try resetting/updating your BIOS/UEFI, to see if that fixes things up.

Hope that helps. Please let me know how everything goes.
