Question SSD not seen in bios

Hy guys
I've bought an SSD crucial sata M.2 250gb but my pc doesn't see It. I've an Asus vivobook pro 15 n580vn, and from support they said I can have hard disk and SSD together. I've tried to put an insulating tape in case but nothing. Can u help me pls?
