SSD not showing as boot option

When I booted it said it was diagnosing my PC and then told me to restart, which didn't fix the issue. So I went into the BIOS to see if I was booting to the right disk - however my SSD was not appearing there. However I'm not sure if this really is the case. Because recently I had a Windows 10 update which meant I had to change my boot disk back to my SSD. However I tried to boot it as the Kingston disk (My SSD is Kingston) but that did not work, and booted to my HDD. So I tried all boot options, until I booted from a UEFI option which worked, and has done since then. However, that now does not come up as a boot option anymore. I've tried changing SATA ports on the motherboard and that still hasn't worked.

Welcome to Tom's Hardware, @Tyger1048!

I'd recommend you leave only the SSD connected to the motherboard and attempt to boot from it, without having the HDD in the system. I'm not sure why you have the OS on the HDD as well, since you already have a booting SSD. There are no benefits to having Windows 10 on both drives. However, if you consider clean installing onto the SSD, make sure you unplug the HDD from the system. Otherwise, you are bound to encounter an OS confusion which would result in more booting issues. IMHO, It's possible that the Windows updates might have messed up the hardware drivers, so I'd recommend going to the motherboard manufacturer's official website and check if you have the latest SATA controller & chipset drivers installed from there. While on it, check if you got the latest BIOS version updated as well.

Keep me posted with the troubleshooting!

I reset Windows on my HDD, and now can boot to my HDD. I'd still like to boot to my SSD however, without having to reset that as well, but I can't. When I installed by SSD, my HDD already had Windows 10 on it, and I never got round to deleting it. My SSD is a Kingston SV300 120GB. Before these issues, when I selected to boot to the option labelled "Kingston SV300" it booted to my HDD, however when I chose the UEFI boot option, it booted to my SSD, and worked absolutely fine. Now, since my HDD had a problem, this option didn't show up, and still doesn't after the Windows reinstall. What I think may have happened is that I had the boot partitions for my SSD on my HDD (somehow) and now they have gone...? I still have Windows 10 on my SSD I should add, I just can't boot to it. When I unplugged my HDD to force it to boot to the SSD, it said to restart and boot to a proper boot device. That's my situation now...
Thanks for the help!

P.S. I should add that I got into contact with Windows Support, and they put a Windows 10 iso file onto a different PC for me, and have told me to boot to that from a USB drive onto the PC with the issues - I'm not sure what then, as I didn't have a big enough USB at the time and have yet to contact them back.
