SSD not showing on my pc

I just installed my first SSD for my pc, Its a kingston 120gb and ive inserted it into my pc, and the sata cable is in aswell. Ive tried 2 different SATA cables, and it doesnt show up in Computer Management, What should i do? Its a brand new SSD which i bought 2 days ago. Thanks in advance.

Can you see it in the BIOS? Device Manager?
