SSD not showing up anywhere.

Hello, I have just purchased a crucial bx300 SSD connected sata 3 cables etc not showing anywhere, not in the bios or as a storage option or even computer management. What must I do?

8gb ram
G1 sniper b7 motherboard
Windows 10

It has to be seen in the bios or it won't work. You said you plugged in the data cable to a SATA III port, I'm assuming you also plugged in the power cable? is the SATA III port turned on in the bios? Sometimes SATA ports can be turned off by plugging something else in, make sure that port does work.
