Question Ssd not showing up in partitions

I have an Ibuypower prebuilt system . It came with a 1t hard drive and a 250g wd ssd I’m running Windows 10. I just bought a 1 t wd ssd but it’s not showing up in my partitions I’ve looked up every video I could find and it’s not working. What should I do for trouble shooting
