SSD Not showing up on PC

I have a m.2 installed Via a PCIE, 120GB SSD, 3TB HDD and a 1TB SSHD. Since I've had the m.2 installed I have not been able to use all my SATA 6GBs ports, I can use 2 One for my SSD and the other for my 3TB, I have to use the 3GBs for my other 1TB HDD, I have another SSD I would like to install however It will not show up even in the 3GBs slot, I would prefer to have all my drives at 6GBs, Would it require a newer gen setup to fix this?

i7 4770K
16GB 2400MHz
Gigabyte GA-Z97-Game Plus
GTX 980Ti

most MoBo's will disable a SATA 6GB port if you put an M.2 ssd onboard... Look in the manual for the MoBo, it will tell you which ones share the Bus.

I believe 2 have been shut off, the 2 top ones.

lol... my rig is much older than your, no M.2 slot on it.

Yes, but even the newest MoBo's do port sharing.

Ah Okay, I mean I have an M.2 slot but it dosent run full speed so I am using a PCIE adapter
