SSD not showing up

I bought the Samsung EVO 850 and I cannot find it under disk management or under "This PC". However, when I hit f11 to check my boot menu in bios it shows up there so it must be installed properly. What can I do to make it appear in my disk management?

Until you go into the Control Panel to Administrative tools choose Computer Management and Storage and Choose Disk management to assign as drive letter to your drive you will not see it in My Computer. Windows will probably ask you to format the drive. It probably is "unallocated".
