Question SSD not used when playing games on the ssd (windows 11)

Whats up!

So ive been having problems with stuttering wile playing games. I have a low end PC with minnimum ssd space so ive been optimising games to play on my hdd instead, however i recently found a lot of things I could get rid of on my ssd so i moved some games over and checked task maneger to see how my much it was using.

What happens is that even if ive moved my game to my ssd by the "move install folder" reinstalled the games and try to run the game it still says 100% used space on the hdd and 0/10% on the ssd, when a game isint being played and i just have my browser upp the ssd is being used (slightly). I tried verifying game files as well (in my steam) but nothing, this might seem like more of a "steam problem" but im not sure.

Tldr> I move game to ssd and it does not use the ssd

Edit> I tried with other games non related to steam and it didnt work (as in it still exulsevly uses hhd even if its on a ssd)

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

At this point I'd say uninstall the game completely, including going into all the locations where it may have been installed, and redownload the game to where you want it installed.

Otherwise you could try this:

• Go to where the game was installed in the HDD to see if the folder is still there
• If it is
  • Move the whole folder somewhere else not associated with a Steam Library
  • Uninstall the game
  • Move the game folder to the Steam library folder on the SSD
  • Ask Steam to install the game, Steam should then realize the files are there, do an integrity check, and redownload what's missing.

What do you mean completly, where would i find any files related to the game that are not just uninstaling the game?
