I have an Toshiba l745-s4210 and was wondering if a silicon power 256 drive will work, also win 10.

The Silicon Power 256 SSD will work but you may need a 7mm to 9.5 mm adapter for it to fit properly. The Toshiba Satellite L745-S4210 only provides driver support up to Windows 8.1.
