[SOLVED] SSD on SATA 2 performance over time

My SSD just arrived today it's Pioneer 128 GB SSD, let's get into the point, my pc only support SATA 2 interface, i know SSD are backward compatible and SSD are still worth on SATA 2, my question is R/W of a SSD will decrease when you fill it up but since my SSD is SATA 3 will the speed decrease but unseen because of my SATA 2 motherboard or will it decreased even further because of my SATA 2 motherboard? Thanks

It doesn't "decrease over time". Performance will decrease if the drive is too full.
That can happen on day 1.

And it is mostly lifespan.

Use the drive, don't fill it up past 80-85GB, and don't worry about it.
