SSD Optimization question

Hi,I have an ssd and I need to somehow make trim to work,as hard disk sentinel sees that it isn't at it's peak performance,but I have a problem

I am unsure whether or not optimize drives app or whatever it is(which is windows's defragmentation app) will trim or defragmentate my ssd.

So,will it trim or defragmentate my ssd?

What OS do you have?
Win 7 and later knows about SSD's, and treats them accordingly.

In HD Sentinal, what exactly is it telling you?

It actually showed it for some time,but now it isn't showing again,maybe because I was moving a file?anyway

Win 10 knows to not "defrag" an SSD.
Just let it do its thing.
