ssd or ram for better perfomance !!

OK so i was upgrade my pc this year and still have issue with perfomance in games like warcraft fps on ultra is more then enough average 100+ ms also 50-70 and still have perfomance issue so i wonder sholud i go buy ssd or more ram components are :
I5 4690 (non k)
gtx 950
Corsair 2x 4gb CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9
mbo h97 hd 3
zalman cnps10x
xfx pro 550w
monitor Lg w2343
Pls any help or suggestion !!

What's slowing you down is the budget enrtly level card.

well i did this upgrade from hd 6850 and im happy with this card but only simetimes i get strange 0.001 freezing

and yes budget was cos here are big diffirence from card to card Im from croatia and gtx 950 is about 200 euro and 960 is about 260

Your amount of RAM is sufficient.

An SSD would just reduce loading time of everything (booting up Windows, loading games, etc).

If you mean by "average 100+ ms also 50-70" that your latency (ping) is high then no hardware upgrade will fix this: it is your internet connection that is the problem.

I never played WoW but I know it is an old game so I don't know how much the graphic card is important performance wise.

Better OS performance , get a SSD.
