SSD partition as RAM?

Hi All,
I am trying to squeeze a bit more out of my W.S. It seems when doing RAM previews in After Effects I never have enough RAM to get me through a 15 second scene before telling me that the RAM is not enough to preview. SO I have to do it in sections....(Razberry)

Also in Blender, using a thing called cycles where it uses the CPU to render instead of the GPU.
Well it does either,,, but for some reason V2.72 renders faster in CPU then GPU.

Here is the question:
Instead of buying more RAM could I somehow partition off one of my SSD Scratch drives to use as RAM?

Specs:
Wn Pro7
Z77 Asrock 6 Extreme
Intel 3770K (which I never understood O.C)
16GB if Hyper-X dd3 1600 latency 9 Ram (16 more avail in slots for 150.00) Hence me thinking of using SSD block to write.
2 Plextors Pro-250GB with a 512 cache in them. C & Scratch with a Storage HD to export out on.

My GPU a Quadro4k which has 2GB by Nvidia.

Maybe it is not optimized correctly? Maybe I am dreaming about partitioning off some SSD space?
Maybe I gotta enough RAM and it is my GPU holding me back?

Thoughts?

Thanks for any in-depth detail it is appreciated and researched

Ok so please tell me how to access that area and what to crank it up to if you would?

Do you refer to this? IF so any suggestions on size to increase and the ramifications of doing so?
Change the size of virtual memory

If you receive warnings that your virtual memory is low, you'll need to increase the minimum size of your paging file. Windows sets the initial minimum size of the paging file equal to the amount of random access memory (RAM) installed on your computer plus 300 megabytes (MB), and the maximum size equal to three times the amount of RAM installed on your computer. If you see warnings at these recommended levels, then increase the minimum and maximum sizes.

Click to open System.

In the left pane, click Advanced system settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

On the Advanced tab, under Performance, click Settings.

Click the Advanced tab, and then, under Virtual memory, click Change.

Clear the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives check box.

Under Drive [Volume Label], click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.

Click Custom size, type a new size in megabytes in the Initial size (MB) or Maximum size (MB) box, click Set, and then click OK.

Note
Increases in size usually don't require a restart for the changes to take effect, but if you decrease the size, you'll need to restart your computer. We recommend that you don't disable or delete the paging file.

Thanks for the info on that one. That was a real cheap fix ATM...
Here is a screen grab to the changes, see any problems?

Also, Clean up start up of windows... Could you expound on that please?
Thanks again
