SSD Performance Specs

Could someone gives me every specification for how SSD run. How they perform everything fast (i.e. installing games, loading stuff) But i want to know everything, if it all possible. Please and Thank you!

A hdd has an actuating arm moving over platters. Physically moving the arm is snail speed compared to electrical signals in nand cells of a ssd. The pc can get to files quicker to load faster. A ssd can also pull files from multiple places at once instead of just one single place at once with an arm. Max sequential doesn't matter in most cases so looking at max speeds doesn't help.

Absolutely.
Anything installed or living on the SSD runs faster than it would if on a traditional spinning HDD.
A lot faster.

Having said that, an SSD doesn't increase everything.
FPS in games...you won't automagically get an extra 50FPS. A 2 hour movie still takes 2 hours to watch.

how long does a ssd usually live. i'm combining my HDD for storage into it and then running programs onto my ssd. also, what combo is good for a ssd? by combo i mean should i load my heavier stuff on ssd or on HDD

Lifespan? Probably longer than an HDD.
My eldest drive is 6 years old, and reporting 99% life left.

What to put on it? Depends on size.
OS
All or most of your applications.
Games as fits.
Static stuff like things you download, or music/movies/docs...those can go on the HDD.

As a point of reference, my 3 main systems here in the house are all SSD only. 8 drives across the 3 systems.
The only spinning drives are in or attached to the NAS box.
