Question SSD Permission Issue after Mainboard/CPU-Upgrade

Hi there,

so I´ve updated my spec, new mainboard, new cpu, new ram, new PSU.
Wanted to keep my HDD and SSD.
I prepared for a completely new install and created a windows installation medium.

So I assembled everything, started the setup and found myself unable to install windows to my ssd. In fact I was not able to do ANYTHING with my SSD. No format, no clean using Diskpart. The hardware was recognized, I just could not do anything with it.
So I ended up installing Windows to my HDD with the goal of formatting the SSD from there, but: same picture. Diskpart just gives me "access denied". Drive does not show up in the explorer. Can't format, can't access, can't do anything.

Could the SSD possibly not be compatible with the new Hardware? Is that even a thing? SATA is a standard, right?

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in Advance!
Ben

Quick update: I did a surface scan with EaseUS and it showed 99% bad sectors.
This has to be software-related, since the SSD ran without issues in my old setup and was not touched during the hardware-changes.

Partitioning with EaseUS was not possible either.
I´m trying to erase all data on the drive with EaseUS right now, but it takes forever (50% after 13 hours).
