ssd placement problem

im using the cooler master elite 110 and i have a problem with ssd placement, i need the fan ports and the bracket wont fit because of a cablesplosion . is it safe to tape my ssd to the inside of the case or will bad things happen?

The cablesplosion? Is that some sort of pokemon? Just tidy your cables up mate, sure you can tape it and it will probably be fine but why do it the crappy way when you can do it properly?

there isnt really any space for tidying in the 110
