SSD possibly freezes Windows 10

So I'm building a new computer (fairly inexpensive) and I Installed Windows 10 and installed all drivers. I made sure everything is up to date. After 20 minutes or so the computer completely freezes with no error message. I have replaced the ram, motherboard, and upgraded to larger PSU. I have done a stress test on the cpu and gpu. I ran a memory test for 20+ hours with 0 errors. The freeze occurs after 20 minutes or so of moderate usage. I run a 3d mapping software and it freezes half through the render but its also froze when just idle. I'm completely out of troubleshooting ideas. I read where it could be a SSD issue.

Always a possibility the SSD may be the culprit. Surprising you haven't as yet checked that out. Download the SanDisk SSD Dashboard program from MajorGeeks at http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/sandisk_ssd_dashboard.html

This type of issue can be quite troublesome since there are so many possible causes. Since you've replaced the major components it's even more puzzling. The graphics card is always a suspect in situations like this. Are you able to disconnect the graphics card and utilize the motherboard's graphics/video connection?

Does AMD carry a CPU diagnostic tool similar to Intel's Processor Diagnostic Tool to determine if there's any problem with the CPU?

Could you connect another keyboard & mouse for diagnostic...

When all else fails (from a diagnostic point-of-view) your only recourse is to "start over" as it were and re:build the PC on a step-by-step basis to see if you can determine the problem. And if possible/practical to do so, OUTSIDE the PC case. Hopefully you can discover the issue causing the problem long before this. Good luck.
 
Solution
I had the same symptoms with Windows 10 booted from a newly deployed SSD (OS moved by cloning a previous drive), however on an Intel-based system. It turned out the default Microsoft SATA driver was the culprit. When I installed the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver, the problem went away completely. Perhaps AMD offers a similar custom SATA driver?
