A few days ago I booted up my pc as usual and was greeted with a message telling me to insert a valid boot drive. I reset my BIOS, reseated my RAM and changed SATA ports but nothing seemed to work. I figured my drive was dead but my BIOS could still detect when the drive was plugged in.
I ended up installing my OS on a different drive, which worked without the SSD but whenever I tried to boot with the SSD (even when specifically booting through my HHD) I would end up with an endless loading screen. Hotswapping the drive after booting with the working HDD first had no effect as Explorer nor Disk Manager detected the drive. Any idea as to what the problem could be?
