SSD problem! Please

Hey guys I'm having problem with my pc. I had my pc on, watching some videos and suddenly the pc crash and shut down...I turn on the pc and the screen appears to mount a boot drive. I went to the BIOS and my boot drive is not being detected in the BIOS...just to be clear I have two hard drives...one a SSD the boot drive and one HDD for storage. The HDD is detected in the BIOS, so I swap cables and the HDD is detected but the SSD is not....What seems to be the problem? Help me!!!!!!

Seems like you need to do a RMA. What SSD did you install?

I contact OCZ they will send me a replacement SSD...but still I will like to know how my SSD got damage...any Ideas.
