How old is that PSU in your build? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Tried using a different SATA data cable and a different SATA power connector for the SSD? See if the issue(for SSD not responding) crops up without the HDD powered up(remove the SATA power connector for the drive).

1903 for Windows 10?

My PSU is 3.5 Years Old , and i'm on the latest BIOS update for my motherboard .
I dont have any other SATA data cable and a SATA power connector .
I have tried switch SATA data cable and SATA power connector with my HDD , and it still the same Microsoft Windows not responding .
Microsoft Windows not responding when i'm compressing a huge file , and it just close all my program .

I'm using PRIMOcache with 2GB allocated space for cache data on 8Gb DDR3 RAM. Now my PC boots up within 40sec and applications are opened within 2-3secMAx. On CRYSTAL DISKMARK I'm getting sequential 7.6gb/s read and 6.9gb/s write speed. Overall my PC feels pretty much responsive on TOSHIBA P300 7200RPM HDD. IS it still worth to spend money on SSD when your SATA port is Gen. 2(3GB/s) ???
For better understanding of my current specification I'm attaching screenshot of SPECCY. Also there's no plan of upgrading any of these specs in near future but I'm going to purchase a 8GB Hyper X FURRY to make my overall RAM 12GB.
***I don't have PCI-E slot left to add any kind of expansion cards. Soon the PCI-E X1 will be equipped with USB 3.0 expansion card.
