SSD Recommondation (SanDisk vs Samsung)

I am trying to decide between two SSD drives. Both are around the same price, and both seem to have equal performance. Even with reviews it looks like they are pretty close to each other in performance.

The two drives are:

  ■ SanDisk Extreme PRO 480GB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5-Inch 7mm Height Solid State Drive (SSD) (Model SDSSDXPS-480G-G25)
  ■ Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (Model MZ-75E500B/AM)

This will be my primary drive for an OS, applications, etc.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I recommend the Samsung 850 EVO.

It's one of the most reliable SSD's on the market and has a fantastic supporting software suite for SSD optimization and maintenance. I've owned several 850 EVO's and they are great drives.
