My PC already 5 years.. My Intel SSD 320 160GB for OS is getting full up to 88% (12GB space left). I had a hard time finding stuff i should erase.. I wish i want to reformat it like first day again without losing my Window 10...Can i? Is there any best method I could try..? Thanks in advance!

Without doing a clean install, not really.

You can clean things up a bit, but not like new. First I'd run disk cleanup, and click on the Clean up system files option. Select every checkbox and click ok. Let it run. It will take a while.

Following the instructions at this link might help somewhat. Make sure there is no "Windows.old" folder located on the C:\ drive after you are done running disk cleanup. If there is, do a search for how to remove the windows.old folder.

If that doesn't clean things up enough you may simply need to do a clean install. Be sure that your Windows installation is atteched to a Microsoft account BEFORE you do that...

And then follow these instructions, on doing a clean install if you decide to do that. Be aware that doing a clean install will wipe out anything currently on that drive, so back up any important information on it first.
