SSD running slow all random.

My SSD disk started to run slow all random i have no clue why. 1 month ago it started to run slow, then i disconected my 1T hdd and it started to work quick again for 3 weeks, then it started to work slow again and been like this for a week. It goes quick on a normal reboot, but if i shutdown the computer it takes minutes for it to start up. Befor it was 18 seconds maximum. I have tryed to clean the SSD but still same results.
