Question SSD SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus doesn't appear anywhere on my pc, only in device management, why is it not on disk management?

Just bought a new ssd and when i put it on my desktop the only place where i could find it was on the device management.
i've seen alot of videos and stuff to fix it, and most of the videos say to go to disk manager, and it's not there either.
how do i fix this?
btw motherboard is a asus prime b250-plus

i bought this new ssd for better performance, so what i wanted to do is format the hdd and put the OS on the ssd, but the computer only detects it on the device management, and when i try to install windows it doesn't appear there either

on the device manager it says that the device is working properly
i went to bios many times, some times the ssd was there but other times it disappeared

just noticed on the device manager it says «samsung ssd 970 SCSI disk device?
is that really the ssd, because idk what the SCSI means
