SSD Samsung Evo 850 PRO 250GB - Mad speed, what's wrong?!

Hi to everybody!
I did buy a SAMSUNG 850 EVO 250GB about 7 months ago, and with the Samsung Magician software i could run a benchmark to see the actual speed..
Before was around 535mb/s 520mb/s write..
and now? Now it does say: 5169 mb/s READ and 4042 mb/s WRITE
159705 RANDOM READ IOPS , 107386 RANDOM WRITE IOPS

I'm not complaining if my SSD is actually working 10 times FASTER then it supposed to.. but i don't know what's going on 😀

Must be a glitch.. it isn't possible for that SSD to run that fast.

Large good numbers can be worrying. More than likely it's the ram-disk caching that the Samsung tools have. You probably enabled it at some point.
