Hi , I have a sony t14 touch screen which has a 128GB SSD on board. I found an empty hard drive bay for me to install an additional hard drive. So i bought SSD samsung 850 Pro.
The problem I have is that I cannot start install Win 8 on it. I only can see the VAIO logo, I see the key’s LED flashing and nothing. :pfff:.
Somebody help me. Thank you very much

Like many laptops which have a second drive bay, it's for installing a drive to give you additional storage space only, you can't use it as a boot drive, which means you can't install Windows on it. Windows Setup is able to detect that it's not a bootable drive so it hides it.

If you want to install Windows on the new drive you must remove the existing boot drive and put the new one in it's place.

Windows Setup will then show it for installing Windows on.
