Sadly the plastic that holds the SATA cable in broke off :(.. is there anything I can do, can I buy a new connector and replace it, would Samsung warranty fix this? All my data is on this drive. Also what about a male to female data adapter. I saw a video of a guy using that as a solution, will that lower a ssd drive?

That fall under physical damage and I don't think it would be eligible for warranty and a fix or replacement. It wouldn't hurt to ask them anyway.

Can you possibly send a photo of the damaged part here?

A repair shop technician maybe able to fashion a kind of bracked around it if possible and use glue and stuff to make it so that it can firmly hold the cable connector in place.
