I've been dealing with this issue since last night. Basically, I wanted to reinstall windows because there was a few issues with my operating system. So when I went on my windows 10 media creation tool, I started to install windows (without wiping the disk). I think my SSD got corrupted because when I was installing windows, I decided that I wanted to wipe the disk. so I turned off my pc while windows was installing. Then, I went to the media creation tool, cleaned my SSD several times, and tried installing again. Then, I realized my SSD shows 0.0mb free and 0.0mb total.
I've tried:
cleaning my disk again and converting to gpt (which I can't do because it gives me an error while trying to convert it)

using several third party apps to try to repair/ format my SSD (which also gives me errors)

unplugging and replugging the SSD back in, as well as using a different connector

None seem to work.
Also, when I look in my BIOS and boot menu, my SSD does not show up, but all other drives do, yet when I go into Disk Management, my SSD shows up as "unknown", offline, and not initialized. I can't initialize it, or put it back online, because it gives me the error, "A device which does not exist was specified."
It does NOT show up in file explorer, so I cannot use the property tools to repair it.

SSD: JS600 PRO 128gb SSD
Motherboard: Dell optiplex 7020 MT

Assuming there are no other drives installed, and if there are then you should disconnect them (Except for the flash drive you are installing Windows FROM), you need to choose the "Custom" option during the Windows installation and then select each partition on the drive and delete it. Then when there is only unformatted, unpartitioned space left on the drive click on it and select "Next". Windows will automatically create the required partitions and perform any necessary formatting. If you are unable to do this then there is either a problem with the drive, the cable or the storage controller on the motherboard.

What issues did you have with your operating system? Because, it might be that you DON'T have issues with your operating system and that it's actually the drive that is failing or has failed. Disconnecting all other drives is critical as mistakes can happen when removing the partitions on a specific drive when other drives are connected PLUS it helps to eliminate the possibility that one of the other drives is actually causing problems with another drive or the storage controller.

There are no partitions on the drive.

I had issues with screen tearing in VR, which I think was caused by a faulty install, or a graphics card issue.

Go through this install tutorial.
Where does it fail?

It fails when I click on "custom" when I see the list of drives, my SSD shows 0.0mb. Once again, I haven't done ANY physical damage to my SSD. All I did was turn off my pc during an install.

As above, this sounds like a physically dead drive.

Small, off brand....you've already spent more time than I would have, trying to ressurect this thing.

It is dead. An X drive. Pushing up the daisies. Gone to the great landfill in the sky.

It is dead.

Alright. I'll buy a new one.
