Hello, so I have a 240gb Profession SSD, but in my files it says it only has 222gb and can only hold that much, does anybody know how to fix this?

240GigaBytes is marketing speak for 222GibiBytes. The SSD/HDD vendors sell things in Gigabytes which is 10^9 bytes. However, your OS sees things in Gibibytes which is 2^30 bytes.

Funny part is that this has been a thing with computers for decades and still catches people into thinking it's an issue. They should list both storage specs on the box to stop this confusion, just list an approximate available storage space. It happens in a lot of things, phone storage is also listed as the storage the phone has, not "free" space you will see. People see a 16 gig phone then ask why the free space is much less, not counting the fact that the operating system and other files take up space in the phone.
