[SOLVED] SSD slow after a force shutdown

So I own a gaming laptop with an ssd installed in it, I've run several benchmarks via UserBenchmark and the result was displayed as performing way over expectations for the SSD. However, one day my laptop froze out of nowhere while I was on it and I had to perform a force shutdown to turn my laptop off. After logging back in, no apparent issues arose however after running the benchmark again, the result was now displaying as performing as expected and later afterwards performing under expectations. It seems like the read/write speeds had slowed down a bit, I wasn't noticing any significant issues with loading up stuff so I'm not sure why my SSD is gotten slow all of a sudden. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
