Something keeps eating up my space on my SSD. I dont install anything on there. Its just for my OS. But I do see itunes and some other programs on there. Perhaps they have to be on there. Not sure why. But I'm at the point to just starting fresh and everything. Can't seem to find whats causing this.

This is a link to a screen shot of my SSD into

Click the http:// I dont know why it went like that.

My free space will go down and down and down. It got as low as 6GB tonight. Guess its time to delete some programs.

I once had a problem with my SSD losing space. It turned out to be Corsair's SSD Toolbox everytime I optimized (TRIM) the drive. I went to folder options and checked option to SHOW HIDDEN FILES.

If you can't find any hidden files on your drive... try turning off your Page File, Hibernation/Sleep, and if you don't use or need it... System Restore.

You could also run Disk Cleanup and delete all your older system restore and shadow copies as well as your old service pack backup files.

If you have windows on there, then it's not really a problem. Windows would download and install updates auromaticly and that would take up around 20GB at most for every update ever. Plus most programmes must be installed on the same drive that windows is on. You can easily move the program's files to a hard drive. You can look up tutorials about that online.
