SSD speed not as advertised

Hi, I bought a samsung 850 evo 1tb ssd. I installed windows 7 on it and ran a few tests. The speed I am getting are way below what is advertised from samsung. I have everything set up right. Here are some screen shots.

Please let us know your moptehrbdf make and model#. You only get full speed from sata3 ports in AHCI mode.
