SSD speed really slow + odd (read + write speeds identical at 30 MB/s)

I recently noticed that the SSD (a Micron M.2 Sata SSD) in my Acer Laptop seemed to perform quite poorly (copying to a USB drive was faster than copying from and to the SSD).

So I ran multiple benchmarks (CrystalDiskMark, ATTO, AS SSD), all giving similarly odd results:
sequential read and write speeds are almost identical AND seem to somehow be capped at a mere 30 MB/s.
(see yourself: https://imgur.com/a/Ngx6QNz)
Even I can see that this is absolutely not SSD-like performance / worse than HDD.

What might cause these results and, more importantly, how can I resolve this / get back the speediness I'm used to?

I'm happy to give any requested debug / hw information if needed.

I don't think that's normal my Samsung 970 m.2 is around 450 gb full without overprovisioning and it still gives me same speeds as it used to give me before when I just bought my ssd... I think there is some problem with ur ssd might get it checked from a service centre??
