Ssd spikes in forza horizon 5, up and down spikes when i drive fast. A400 kingston. Spikes reach 80% max, and the game shutters a little. How could i fix it?

Specs: r5 2600, rtx 2060, aorus b450 elite, A400 kingston ssd. Idk if i am in the right forum for this.

9,9 gb ram usage, ssd is a 222gb one, 60 gb left

It worked well before i moved to 144hz monitor
