So, my KINGSTON SSD A400 120GB is at 58% health with an estimated remaining life of 497 days. When I use chrome, discord, steam, just basic apps, everything runs smoothly. But when I try to play any game, the SSD spikes to 100% usage and the game freezes completely for a few seconds, sometimes even crashing, but the sounds can still be heard. To be noted, I keep all my games on my 1TB HDD, and the SSD is only for Windows and some apps. The question is why does it spikes so high in games, even though games are on the HDD and if the real problem here is the SSD and not something else.
PS: I ran malwarebytes, bitdefener and no malware detected.
