SSD Suddenly Not Working

Hello,

I recently cloned my HDD over to my SSD, including Windows 10. After 3-4 weeks of working, my PC suddenly was no longer able to boot from the SSD as of yesterday. When I try to restart the computer, it results in a blank screen with a blinking cursor. Upon further search I also noticed that, while the files installed on the SSD are viewable, none are functioning any longer. I would also like to mention that the SSD still shows up under BIOS.

The only notable change to my PC, to my knowledge, was a Windows update that was installed at 2:00AM that morning.

Can anyone please recommend me a fix for this issue?

Id recommend you try a windows repair. If that doesn't work use a boot usb and copy your files, then format and then reinstall. I know its a pain, but cloning drives from HDD to SSD always seem to kick up issues eventually.... (maybe Im suspicious!)

On th flip side you get to have a shiny new fast and un-cluttered windows!
