Question Ssd support query

I have dell Inspiron 5570 whose configuration for memory m2 port is ssd sata 3 256 gb. But i have purchased 512gb variant ssd sata3 will it not be supported. Is there nay method to make it working. Or i can use it as m2 without any problems.please guide thanks

If it's exactly the same form factor and interface, the 512GB should work the same as the 256GB.
