I have two ssd's both with win 10 pro. Both are 1 tb. One is too full and the other is mostly empty. How to move programs from the full ssd to the less full without having to reinstall all the programs. Would like to have a somewhat equal split. No games just office and admin programs.

Apart from "games", you can't move Programs from one drive to another.

More detail needed.

Why Win 10 installed on both drives?

Size/make/model of the drives?

Applications don't really take up that much space.
Your personal data, however....that does.

More questions to follow.

You can use a symbolic links in a pinch, but this is not a good solution and shouldn't be used long term. If it is indeed applications taking up your space then you should likely reinstall the biggest programs you have installed.

When the Seagate 1 tb started to get full, I got another 1 tb ssd as a backup. Over time forgot about the second drive. Now the Seagate is too full. I thought about EaseUs PC mover, but wanted another pc-er's opinion.

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.

You might want to try moving your DOCUMENTS, PICTURES, MUSIC, and VIDEOS folders to the other drive. Pretty easy to do and its sometimes those folders get BIG.

Do it in 30 seconds. Open FILE EXPLORER, right click on DOCUMENTS folder choose PROPERTIES, click LOCATION tab, change C:\user\whatever to D:\user\whatevernameis It will ask if you want to move the files to new location. Choose YES and your set.

edit: You can do this with DESKTOP folder too.
