MY 60 GB SSD, which holds my OS and some small programs, is running out and I will be soon getting a 120 GB SSD to replace the old one. I need to transfer the files from one to the other. What good free programs are there for SSD file transferring. Also, right now, it says that I have a D Drive which is called, D: System Reserved. Is this linked to the 60 GB SSD? Will it still exist when I get a new SSD? Also, is there a way to hide this drive from the drive list in File Explorer? Sorry for all of the questions, but what should I do with the old SSD?

Solution
Hello... just leave the 60gb as your OS drive... and simply connect your 120gb drive... Partiton it, format it, your Done. B )

1) Create directories Programs files and Program files (x86) on the 120gb ... and move files?
2) New Programs can be installed on the 120gb... You can now direct them to the 120gb Location using "Custom install"... if you don't want them installed on your 120gb.
