SSD transfer rate to internal HDD

Hi Folks. I was just wondering what your transfer speeds are when copying gigabytes of files from your main SSD (C: Drive) to your internal HDD backup drive. In this screenie I am showing mixed content (all user files) being transferred.

Windows 7 64 Bit Home Premium (my custom build in 2011)

It'd be the max writing speed the HDD supports, usually around 80-120 MB/s. SSD to SSD transfers are much faster, in the range of 250-550 MB/s.
The pic showing the rate are alright, concerning the HDD might be old and have lower RPM.

The sequential read speed is 80 to 100 for an HDD, not the file transfer rate. That is usually about 20 to 30 MB.
